About Convusic
Convusic solves a small, constant frustration of group chats: someone shares a song from a service you don’t subscribe to, and the link dead-ends at a signup wall. With Convusic installed, the Safari extension catches the link while the page is still loading and reroutes it to the same song, album, or artist in the app you’ve chosen — before the wall ever appears. Links can also be pasted into the app to convert by hand. It works across Apple Music, Spotify, TIDAL, YouTube Music, Deezer, and Amazon Music, in any direction.
Convusic is fully native SwiftUI application on every platform, designed with Liquid Glass. Your chosen service syncs across devices through iCloud, searches hand off between iPhone, iPad, and Mac with Handoff, and the interface is localized in eleven languages. There are no accounts, no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no user-identifiable data of any kind — and it’s a single one-time purchase that covers every platform.
Why I built it
I’m a music head and an Apple nerd, and I’ve always believed music is meant to be shared. In middle school, my friends and I spent our limited allowances on $0.99 downloads from the iTunes Music Store, burned them onto CDs, and traded them around until everyone had a copy of everything.
Streaming made that impulse easier in some ways — a single monthly subscription lets you listen to practically anything — and harder in others. The ecosystems have fragmented: everyone is locked into their own app, their own links, their own AirPlay or Spotify Connect. Convusic’s goal is to make sharing your latest hidden-gem discovery just a little bit easier.

The group-chat problem
Streaming split music listeners across half a dozen services, but friendships didn’t split with it. Every mixed-service group chat hits the same moment: a song arrives, and it’s for the wrong app. Convusic makes that moment disappear.
Set up once, forget it
Most link-conversion tools ask you to copy, paste, and tap — every single time. They might even require access to your music streaming accounts. Convusic asks for one toggle, once: enable the Safari extension, pick your service, and forget it exists. From then on, links for the wrong service simply open in your app the moment you tap them — no share sheets, no copy and paste, no interaction at all.
Private by design
No accounts, no advertising, no third-party trackers. Convusic has a very simple privacy policy written in plain English that does not require a law degree to understand.
